Glandular Fever Action Plan
It may seem, at times that we are unable to effect much change in our lives. It may seem that life ‘happens to us’ and that it’s just good luck or bad luck that certain things happen. This is often the case with glandular fever. Many people believe it is just unfortunate that they picked this nasty virus up and that it will go away by itself in due course. Unfortunately without a glandular fever action plan this is unlikely to happen.
The reality is that the Epstein Barr virus that causes glandular fever is a “stress virus”, attacking the body when defences are low. Glandular fever can linger for weeks or months and can relapse if your body is run down or tired.
If you keep doing what you’ve always done you’ll get what you always got. This means if you are eating badly, not resting your body, getting overly stressed or not exercising regularly then your immune system will not function optimally and glandular fever can get a hold of your body.
In order to bring about change we need to perform different actions. This may mean you need a glandular fever action plan like starting on some nutrients or herbs, doing some daily meditation, graded exercise, liver cleansing or an immune boosting diet.
Will your life and health be better, the same or worse this time next year than it is now? Now is a great time to make choices. Scientists tell us that as the old cells in our body die, new ones replace them. Approximately every 12 weeks we have a new body. The question is what will your ‘new’ body be like in 12 weeks? It is what you are doing now that will determine the answer!
